Meet Lauren Ashley
Lauren Ashley —
After nearly a decade building Lauren Ashley Experiences from concept to nationally recognized brand—featured in Forbes, Vogue, and Architectural Digest—I'm bringing my entrepreneurial expertise to corporate and nonprofit organizations seeking to create meaningful impact at scale.
My Journey
I founded Lauren Ashley Experiences in 2016 with a vision to create transformative spaces and events that inspire authentic connection. What began as a boutique interior design and event production company evolved into a multifaceted operation managing multimillion-dollar projects, high-profile cultural events, and strategic partnerships with leading brands and institutions.
Through this work, I discovered my greatest passion: leveraging experiential marketing, sponsorship development, and event production to advance missions that matter. Whether coordinating exclusive experiences at SOHO House, producing the 50th Anniversary ASID Ruby Awards at Houston's River Oaks Theatre, or securing $30,000 in annual sponsorships for professional organizations, I thrive when creating opportunities for communities to connect, celebrate, and support meaningful causes.
In 2025, I made the strategic decision to transition from business ownership to corporate employment. I'm seeking mission-driven roles where I can apply my proven track record in partnership cultivation, budget management, team leadership, and creative problem-solving to organizations creating positive impact at scale.
What Drives Me
Throughout my career, I've been drawn to work that creates meaningful change beyond profit margins:
Teaching interior design students at Houston Community College
Coordinating educational programming at Bezos Academy
Planning Student Career Day for aspiring designers through ASID
Producing cultural events that elevate underrepresented voices
Leading communications strategy for ASID Texas Gulf Coast Chapter
I believe the most powerful experiences happen when strategic vision meets authentic human connection—and I'm energized by opportunities to build partnerships, activate communities, and create moments that inspire people to join movements larger than themselves.
