Project Update: The “Be Someone” Airbnb Is Complete!
We just wrapped another project for one of our favorite returning clients — this time, a renovation of their Airbnb property, Be Someone.
They trusted us with two full bathrooms, one powder room renovation, and a kitchen refresh — and we delivered!
Two full bathrooms – modernized with updated tile, fresh fixtures, sleek lighting, and a new layout that feels elevated yet welcoming.
Primary Bathroom — fully modernized with floor-to-ceiling tile in the shower, updated fixtures, sleek new lighting, and a floating vanity that maintains design continuity throughout the home.
One powder room — refreshed with a bold new paint color and the removal of an outdated shiplap🤢accent wall. We added a sleek floating vanity to mirror the modern design language carried throughout the home.
Kitchen refresh – let me explain what that means…
A kitchen refresh isn’t a full-blown gut renovation — we didn’t knock down walls or change the layout. Instead, we kept the existing footprint but breathed all new life into the space through:
Fresh cabinet paint for a clean, modern color story
A new backsplash that adds texture and personality
Updated countertops, sink, faucet, and hardware that now feel luxurious and cohesive
And one of my favorite touches: we lowered the kitchen island from bar height to counter height — it’s subtle but makes a big difference in functionality and flow, especially in a short-term rental.
